SEMI-AUTOMATIC machine
The PGB Semi Auto is our latest patented innovation. It uses the technology used on the Palgabroche and the SMAX.
This new machine allows you to make artisanal skewers with all types of skewers (wood, bamboo, stainless steel) and various ingredients, all without requiring connection, maintenance, or the intervention of a technician.
Technical characteristics
Adjustments: Manual without tools, for the location of ingredients on the skewers.
Spikes: Wood, Bamboo and Stainless Steel.
Rate: 1000 to 1500 skewers per hour for 4 operators.
Washing: Can be washed several times a day, between each marinade without special washing precautions.
